Finally Back....
Hi everybody it gives me great pleasure to write after a long time. I think its been a long break, but couldn't help it as i was extremely busy. Iam extremely happy to inform all of you that I finally got through one of the best schools of journalism where i always wanted to do my Post Graduation. I don't know whether it was the right decision after i came here. I am at the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai. I landed in this city which is ghastly and shares no resemblance to this amazing city from where i come. Yes the dream land for many. The city that never sleeps. Hold on guys...my blog name suggests the same...yes MUMBAI MERI JAAN....I really dont want to contemplate on my decision and that too when I have completed one semester. Initially it was unimaginable to live in a city where one find auto drivers extorting money and unthinkable to enter the crowded bus. But life teaches you and I took up this challenge of living in this water starved city for a year. I think i might find a little offending but the chennai lingo does put me off... the machas n the machis. But thankfully the only way i could see myself surviving or say pull along was attending concerts. Being in mylapore was blessing in disguise. Eventhough through the day would really go crazy attending these lectures and running behind people for bytes, evening and weekends is reserved for concerts. Guess what life in hostel is also having fun, sleepless nights and yes one learns to be more responsible... I think enough has been said about my life style in chennai...Didnt even realise that i have already finished my first term...and its two months before i would gearing up defend my thesis...life just moves on...but yea i still continue to miss my wonderful city and keep cribbing about the city-CHENNAI...check out..would try to update more often....
